Last week We have recieved many messages from our site Visitor’s about Returning any product to snapdeal .
So In this post i will try to cover out all those Faq’s (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ).
Q1 :- I am not satisfied with the product ? Can i Return it ?
Ans :- Yes You can return it .
The Snapdeal 7-day Return Policy at Snapdeal is a “ No Question Asked Policy ”. You can return/replace the product if you are not satisfied :
1. With the quality of the product
2. With the fitting of the product
3. Or if you receive a damaged product
All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Refund or Replacement will be initiated Only If the original packaging , accessories, etc. are present Courier has the right to refuse pick up in absence of the above.
Note:– Exceptions to the Return Policy:
Products such as Lingerie, innerwear, washed products, products sold as combos, opened electronic products are not eligible for return.
Q2:- If I used SD cash for an order. But cancelled The Order ? How will my SD cash be refunded To me ?
Ans :- Don’t worry your SD Cash will be refunded to you in the form of Freecharge balace. (Wallet money .)
Q3 :- I lost my phone ? How do I block my FreeChargeAccount Now to prevent misuse of my FreeCharge Balance ?
Ans . You need to inform Freecharge as soon as possible By following these steps:
1. Firstly Go to Snapdeal.com/help
2. Now Click on ‘ Any Other Query ’
There Select ‘ I have already placed the order ’ and choose ‘ Issues with FreeCharge Account ’ from the dropdown menu.
Enter all necessary details. Freecharge will take steps to block your account.
