As we all know, 5-6 years back, Nokia was the only king of Indian Phone Market. But after new technology phone arrived and other smartphone maker companies like Intex, Samsung, Micromax, Karbonn released their Android-based phones at cheap price. Android became popular. But Nokia launched non-android phones that faded with time being. But recently from Nokia, it’s announced that the company will release an android based smartphone model in the beginning of 2017. But Nokia hasn’t told about the name of the new smartphone. According to rumors, Recharz Officials got to know that the name of their smartphone will be Nokia EDGE 2017.

1. Display :- Nokia EDGE 2017 has a big screen of 5.5 inch with high-resolution display. The screen resolution of the smartphone will be 2K which will make the phone more attractive and rich. It will contain an edge display (similar to Samsung S7 edge display) where all the notifications will be displayed. Main display has a pixel density of 441 PPI. No information has provided about the protection of display like Gorilla Glass or something like that.
2. Camera :- Nokia Edge 2017’s camera will be cool also. It will contain a 23 Megapixel Carl Zeiss lens which has the ability to give high-resolution clicks like DSLR cameras. And the front camera will be awesome also. It may offer a 8 Megapixel high-resolution front-facing Camera. Back camera has some great features like Autofocus, Geo-Tagging, Touch Focus, Panorama, Digital Zoom and Face Detection. There will be a flash with the camera.
3. Storage :-  It has 32Gb inbuilt internal memory and expandable upto 32 GB using MicroSD cards.
4.  Battery:- Nokia EDGE 2017 has a lithium ion battery of 3600 mAh. And there is no information provided about battery backup.
5.  Chipset :- Nokia will use a Octa Core Processor to power up Nokia EDGE 2017. It will also contain a Random Access Memory (RAM) of 3GB. It’ll run on the latest version of Android. It’s Android 7.0 Nougat.
6. Connectivity:-  It has latest connectivity options including 4G LTE, 3G (UMTS 1900 / 2100 / 850 / 900 MHz), 2G (GSM 1800 / 1900 / 850 / 900 MHz), Wi-Fi 802.11 a/g/n, GPS, GPRS, EDGE and Radio. It has also a bluetooth 4.0 connectivity.
7.  Other Features :- It has some great and latest technology including Fingerprint Scanner, Accelerometer, Proximity, Compass and Gyro sensors. It has a C-Type 1.0 reversible USB connector.

Nokia EDGE 2017 Release Date & Price in India

As we told you above Nokia hasn’t provided any major information about the release date of Nokia EDGE, but according to the rumor, people are telling that it will launch in the beginning of 2017. Most Probably in March 2017.
