On 5 November 1985, under the name Creole Holdings Company Pvt Ltd, Delta Corp Limited was incorporated as a privately owned company. With the purchase of shares by the Finolex group, the company is considered a public limited company and the name was changed to Creole Holdings Company Ltd on 2 June 1992. Finolex Cables Ltd divested its shareholding in the company during the year 2003-04 and so the company ceased to be a subsidiary. The corporation was converted to a private limited company on 25 September 2003.[3] The company changed its name to Arrow Webtex Ltd in 2007. The company changed its name again in 2008 to Delta Corp Limited, which is still in use.

Delta Corp Limited is an Indian gaming and hospitality company, previously known as Arrow Webtex Ltd., which owns and operates casinos and hotels under several brands. It is the only listed company in India engaged in gaming in casinos (live, electronic and online). Their first-mover advantage in the under-penetrated market in India has allowed them to secure a leadership role in the Indian gaming and entertainment industry.
